Scott and Beth Schnell's passion for cooking led them to cater for various events, which eventually led to the opening of an ice cream shop and BBQ food truck in Dale. After two years of success, they decided to open S&S BBQ and Pizzeria, a restaurant in Santa Claus that offers a diverse menu of homemade soups, salads, BBQ, sandwiches, sides, and pizzas, including their popular specialty pizza called The Grinch. The Schnells are grateful for the opportunity to make Spencer County their home and to continue their culinary journey by serving locals and tourists alike.
